This research project is an investigation as to the reasoning behind James Farmer’s decision to write an autobiography of the civil rights movement. Text from the book and interviews of individuals who knew James farmer during the years of authoring the work will be the basis from which an assumption will be made. The question is what was going on in Farmer’s life that prompted an autobiography.

This is actually a far more interesting project than you give it credit for. Why the hell would someone write an autobiography? There’s definitely an interesting psychological spin you could take.
Have you made any progress on this? The topic is really unique, and I think that it could turn into something good, provided that you have enough information. Good idea–keep going!
